The easy-to-use “service kiosk” is a way for personal and business customers of Crédit Mutuel and CIC to find trusted professional partners for every type of service.
Customers and members can access the “service kiosk” by signing into their online banking. The kiosk gives them access to a collection of services from partner organizations, meeting their needs in areas ranging from energy, construction, renovation, real estate and relocation to personal services, office equipment rental and more. Using the kiosk offers a variety of specially negotiated benefits, such as discounts, extra services and extended warranties.
This unique digital platform allows us to offer non-banking services through the support of high-quality outside partners. First and foremost, the “service kiosk” thus combines simplicity and performance, with a selection of partners able to provide identical responses throughout our regions. For Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, the kiosk marks another step forward in its diversification program and a further addition to the aid and support provided to customers and members.
All of the service providers were selected on the basis of high quality and impeccable customer service. Where available, feedback scores are displayed for each provider. Particular attention has been paid to the values of the selected businesses. Ultimately, customers will be able to choose from a selection of around a hundred high-quality providers divided into several categories.
Customers can also get help with signing up online from their advisor, as well as through a special customer service desk accessible via the platform from Monday to Saturday, an online help facility and forums for queries.
